Das PWM Mosfet Modul eignet sich zum Ansteuern von mit Pulsweiten Modulation gesteuerten Nehmern wie beispielsweise LED PWM Netzteilen, als auch zur Drehzahlsteuerung von DC Motoren.

Die 2 parallel geschalteten D4184 N Mosfet ermöglichen bis zu 15A Dauerbelastung und erlauben eine Spitzenbelastung bis zu 30A.

Das Power PWM Modul verarbeitet PWM Signale zwischen 3,3V bis 20V bei einer Signalfrequenz von 0-20 Khz.

Das PWM Mosfet Modul verarbeitet PWM Signale von 3,3Volt bis 20V und eignet sich daher sowohl für Internet of Things (beispielsweise ESP 8266 PWM) als auch für Arduino Anwendungen.

Zu beachten:

Das PWM Mosfet Modul erlaubt Gate – to – Source Spannungen von bis zu ± 20 Volt.

With 2 parallel switched D41484 N Mosfet the continuous current is up to 15A (at room temperature). The maximum peak current is up to 30A.

The Power PWM Mosfet Modul supports trigger source from 3.3V to 20V with a signal ferquency up to 20 KHz.

The PWM Mosfet Modul works with PWM signals between 3.3V and 5V. The PWM Module works on Internet of Things (e.g. ESP8266 PWM), also Arduino Solutions.
