Das Bluetooth 4.0 Modul basiert auf dem nRF51822 von Nordic Semiconductor. Der nRF51822 ist eine Multiprotokoll-Bluetooth-Low-Energy-/2,4-GHz-HF-Einzelchiplösung, die sich für eine Vielzahl an Anwendungen eignet.

Der nRF51822 verfügt über

Im Vergleich zum nRF24LE1 und in Kombination mit dem neuen Gazell-Protokollstack erreicht der nRF51822 einen um bis zu 30% reduzierten Stromverbrauch.

Der nRF51822 verfügt über bis zu 32 GPIO’s und erlaubt die Unterstützung von digitalen Schnittstellen wie

Nordic nRF51822 BLE Modul

Das nRF51822 Modul erlaubt Spannungsversorgungen von 1,8 – 3,6V. Der Anschluss des nRF51822 Moduls erfolgt über 36 Pins angeordnet in zweireihigen Pins (PH) im Abstand von 2mm.
