Das TEMT6000 Lichtsensor Modul beinhaltet
Der TEMT6000 ist ein planarer Silicon basierender NPN Phototransistor. Bedingt durch seine maximale spektrale Empfindlichkeit bei 570nm, ist er der Lichtempfindlichkeit des menschlichen Auges nachempfunden und ist ein idealer Sensor zur Umgebungslichtbestimmung. Die gesamte spektrale Empfindlichkeit des TEMT6000 erstreckt sich von 360 bis 970 nm (λ = 570 nm). Der TEMT6000 erlaubt Versorgungsspannungen von 3,3 – 5V und eignet sich somit für ein breites Anwendungsspektrum. Der TEMT6000 eignet sich zur Bestimmung / Helligkeitswert von bis zu 1000 lx.

The TEMT6000 is a silicon NPN epitaxial planar phototransistor. The maximum spectral selectivity is similar to the human eye at 570nm. Therfore the TEMT6000 is perfect as ambient light sensor. The TEMT6000 has a wide spectral response from 360 nm to 970 nm (λ = 570 nm). The wide power-supply range of 3.3 V to 5 V makes this device useful in a variety of architectures; from all-analog circuits to data conversion base circuits.
