Der selbstsperrende, bistabile Umschalter basiert auf dem MEM2313 dual P Kanal Mosfet in Kombination mit einem 74LVC Flip Flop IC. Das MEM2313 Modul erlaubt eine Spannungsversorgung von 2,5-6V und einen Ausgangsstrom von max. 6A (Spitze).

The self-locking bistable Flip-Flop Latch Module is based on MEM2313 dual P Channel Mosfet in combination with a 74LVC Flip Flop IC. The MEM2313 Module supports a Input Voltage from 2.5V-6V and a max. current up to 6A (peak).
